TURNOVER SYSTEMS

Prior to the start of Construction the Ready For Operations Team (RFO) are responsible to identify exactly how they would like to receive the completed plant. They do this by identifying the turnover systems on Piping and Instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) and building a sequence of turnover between the systems. The engineering teams are then responsible to identify the systems in the model with the end result being that every component is identified primarily by it association with the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and then by association with a turnover system.

The 3D Model Administrator receives the system allocations through the 3D model and links the system components through the WFP software. This allows the WorkFace Planners to view turnover systems in preparation for testing and system completions. The WorkFace Planners can then support the Turnover Coordinator by utilizing the WFP software to display systems and progress.
